The School of Entrepreneurship and Management (SEM): The mission ofSEM at ShanghaiTech University (https://sem.shanghaitech.edu.cn) is “to cultivate technology and innovation management talents with an entrepreneurial mindset,” aiming to be a globally impactful institution of technology and innovation management. We invite passionate and dedicated academics to join our interdisciplinary environment where scholars can push the boundaries of knowledge in innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and their intersections with science and technology.

We are seeking candidates to fill tenure-track positions at the Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor rankings in the following areas of high priority, innovation management, technology management, entrepreneurship, industrial organizations/industrial economics, finance (fintech in particular), management information systems (AI and data sciences related), though we are also interested in outstanding candidates in all fields of business administration such as OB/HR, strategy, marketing, and management sciences, along with economics such as macroeconomics and international trade.

Qualifications:
