Research Interests

My research interests lie in Macroeconomics and international trade,  especially the questions related with Chinese economy. My research primarily focuses on the resource misallocation and its implications for economic growth and underlying mechanisms. Meanwhile, my research touches the questions of firm-level outcomes from international trade, especially how Chinese firms become more innovative from participating in exporting. My researches are driven by real world questions in Chinese economy and quantifies the macro and firm-level implications with detailed firm-level data.
